Oops! I made a mistake on my order.

We cannot modify orders after they are placed. However, there is a small chance we'll be able to catch the order before it processes and cancel it so you can place a new, correct order.

Please email us immediately if you'd like us to try to cancel your order.

How can I review my order?

Just click the link in your email confirmation.

You can ignore the Login link you see on SmugMug pages. That's for people who use SmugMug to share their photos online.

If you purchased digital images, you'll see a Download Photo button next to each image when you view your order. Click it to save a copy of that image to your computer.

It sure is taking a long time to arrive!

There may be a few factors in the preparation time:

  • Processing and printing typically takes 1-2 business days. As soon as it's finished, we send you another email so you know when it ships.

  • However, your photographer may have requested additional days to perfect your order, or have opted to deliver your order to you personally. If so, you'll find this information in the shopping cart and again in your order confirmation email.

    In this situation, contact them to get an idea of when you can expect to see your order.

Consider your shipping option:

  • Did you select Economy shipping? This method can take 6-10 business days and does not include a tracking number, so you may just need to wait a bit longer. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow two full weeks for your order to arrive.

  • If you haven't received your order two full weeks after it shipped, please let us know.
